With over 24 years of experience in sales, operations, and manufacturing across four industries, Ranjan has achieved many significant milestones along the way. He has held key positions in business as General Manager – Operations at Courtaulds Clothing Lanka for over 7 years, a Director at MAS Holdings and VP Operations at MediGain, as well as serving over a decade at Star Garments Group in the capacity of Executive Vice President, and over 2 years at Midas Safety as Country Head, prior to joining our Board of Directors at Hanshin.
Ranjan’s strong people skills and his innate knack for building relationships at all levels have sharpened his ability to spot and nurture talent – a foundation that has helped him to excel in leadership positions. Initiating change and challenging current processes to better the outcome has become his passion.
